HEALTHCARE ANALYTICS DASHBOARD

This project analyses patient data related to kidney diseases, focusing on dialysis patients. It provides insights into healthcare facilities, facility chains, dialysis station usage, and payment modes, along with the impact of discounts and revenue reductions.

HR ANALYTICS DASHBOARD

Developed an HR Analytics Dashboard using analytical skills to analyse employee attrition , workforce demographics ,salary impact and tenure patterns. The dashboard helps identify key attrition drivers and support data - driven HR decision making.
